Position Summary
The Customer Service Officer I is responsible for providing front-office banking services and ensuring efficient customer support at the branch level.
The position involves handling account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, customer inquiries, cash and non-cash transactions, and other banking services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Banking and Insurance
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Related fields of study
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience
Required Competencies
- Understanding of general financial products and banking services
- Good knowledge of banking procedures and accounting practices
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of core banking systems
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-office customer service support
- Handle account opening and maintenance activities
- Process payment and collection transactions
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
- Assist customers with banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
