Position 1: Enterprise Strategy Officer
The Enterprise Strategy Officer plays a key role in shaping Ahadu Bank’s long-term strategic direction. The role involves supporting corporate strategy development, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and aligning departments with the bank’s organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
- At least 1 year experience as a Junior Enterprise Strategy Officer or in a related strategic planning position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support long-term strategy development and execution
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Monitor corporate performance indicators
- Identify growth, expansion, and innovation opportunities
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
The Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) is responsible for delivering high-quality front-office services, handling customer transactions, and ensuring efficient branch operations. The role requires strong customer handling skills and experience in cash and non-cash transaction management.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience
- At least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or in a similar customer-facing role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions
- Assist customers with account services and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with branch operation standards
- Support daily front-office operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships
