Available Positions
1. Sales Representative
Education: BSc or BA Degree
Experience: 1–3 years in sales; FMCG experience is an advantage
Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language of the base town is mandatory
Work Location: Woldia
Role Overview: Promote Heineken products, develop strong client relationships, and support sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Tax Controller
Education: University Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in Tax/Finance roles
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Role Overview: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage reporting, and optimize tax planning processes.
3. Technician Electrical
Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Vocational Education)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in maintenance
Skills Required:
- Troubleshooting and technical machine expertise
- TPM and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) execution
- Proficiency in Windows/Office and Maximo
- Knowledge of process automation control, low voltage certification, LOTO, and technical drawings (AutoCAD/P&ID/Wiring diagrams)
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Role Overview: Execute planned maintenance, troubleshoot efficiently, and train operators to ensure operational excellence.
4. Import Controller
Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or Economics
Experience: 2–3 years in import/export, logistics, purchasing, or finance
Work Location: Head Office
Role Overview: Manage import operations, maintain analytical control, and ensure smooth supply chain processes.
