Position: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience in banking
- At least 1 year in a role such as Customer Services Manager or equivalent
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent team building, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong knowledge of modern management techniques
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage sales targets and staff performance
- Understanding of commercial business law and sector regulations
- Results-driven and customer-focused approach
