Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience across diverse roles and organizational levels
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Proficiency in psychometric and competency assessment tools
- Competency-based interviewing and technical recruitment expertise
- Knowledge of e-recruitment platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Excellent influencing, coaching, and networking abilities
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High levels of professionalism and customer service orientation
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing, assessment, and acquisition
- Build recruitment capability and training programs
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure data integrity and accurate recruitment reporting
- Promote employee value proposition and excellent customer service
