Educational Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 / High School completion.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or field operations is preferred.
- Experience in the transportation or ride-hailing industry is an advantage.
Technical Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Basic smartphone and mobile application skills.
- Ability to use online registration systems.
- Good knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and major driver gathering locations.
Job Responsibilities
The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential drivers.
- Recruiting qualified drivers to the platform.
- Engaging prospective drivers in the field.
- Promoting the company’s ride-hailing services.
- Assisting drivers with the registration and onboarding process.
- Collecting and verifying required driver documents.
- Supporting successful driver registration and activation.
- Following up with prospective drivers to achieve registration targets.
Required Driver Registration Documents
Field Sales Agents will be required to collect the following documents from drivers:
- Valid Driving License
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (Libre)
- TIN Certificate
