Qualifications and Skills

Compensation
The company offers different compensation packages based on the candidate’s level of experience:

|---|---|
| Fresh Graduate / No Experience | ETB 13,500 + 3% commission |
| Intermediate – 1 to 1.5 years | ETB 17,500 + 3% commission |
| Senior – 2+ years | ETB 25,788 + 3% commission |
Job Responsibilities
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Prospecting for potential customers.
- Generating and following up on sales leads.
- Conducting client meetings.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable properties.
- Negotiating offers and sales terms.
- Closing property sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conducting other sales activities assigned by the company.
Location
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
This is a full-time, on-site position.
