Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I
Qualification
- BA Degree in:
- Banking & Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Management
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant banking experience
Work Locations
- Jimma Banking Center
- Arba Minch Banking Center
- Hossana Banking Center
- Burayu Keta Banking Center
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line banking services to customers
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, and account-related inquiries
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure compliance with bank procedures and policies
Position 2: Banking Center Manager (Grade C)
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive banking experience
- At least 2 years as Branch Manager
Location
- Burayu Keta Banking Center
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations
- Ensure achievement of business targets
- Supervise staff and improve performance
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations
Position 3: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- 2 years as Senior Officer/CSO III (Accounts) OR
- 1 year as Deputy Banking Center Manager in a supervisory role
Location
- Burayu Keta Banking Center
Key Responsibilities
- Support branch manager in daily operations
- Supervise staff and ensure service delivery
- Monitor performance and reporting
- Assist in achieving branch targets
