Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I
Position Overview
The Customer Service Officer – I is responsible for delivering high-quality front-line banking services, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the bank’s service standards.
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year relevant banking experience

Position 2: Director – IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Management
Position Overview
The Director of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Management is responsible for leading the bank’s IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture design, cybersecurity governance, and digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions while maintaining strong information security standards.
Educational Qualification and Experience (Option One)
- Master’s / MBA / MSc Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, MBA, or related fields
- Professional certifications in CISSP, IT Security Management, Cyber Security, or related areas
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a Division Manager or equivalent leadership role
Educational Qualification and Experience (Option Two)
- Bachelor’s / BSc Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, MBA, or related fields
- Professional certifications in CISSP, IT Security Management, Cyber Security, or related areas
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a Division Manager or equivalent leadership role
