Zefmesh Grand Mall is one of the largest and most modern shopping malls in Addis Ababa. Located in Yeka District, Megenagna Roundabout area, the mall currently sits on 4,000m² with plans to expand by an additional 5,000m².
ZGM hosts a wide range of businesses including retail stores, restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, electronics shops, international brands, jewelry, cosmetics, clothing, furniture, and more. The mall also features Zefmesh Cinplex (6 cinema halls), Zefmesh HomeDepot, Zefmesh Playground, and a large food court, making it a major commercial hub in the capital.
Position: HR Officer
Zefmesh Grand Mall is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to support its human resource management operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR systems.
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Management
Work Experience
- 2–3 years of related experience in Labour Law compliance, Human Resource Management, and ERP systems
Additional Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience working with ERP (HR System)
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor law and HR procedures
