1. Junior Legal Officer
- Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably in the banking sector
- Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office
2. Banking Business Officer I
- Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 1 year in banking operations
- Competencies: Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, IFB product knowledge, Problem-solving
- Location: Gambella
3. Senior Banking Business Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in banking operations (including 2 years as Branch Banking Officer)
- Competencies: Branch operations, Sales & Marketing, IFB product knowledge, Customer Experience, Problem-solving
- Location: Gambella & Balerobe
4. Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 5 years in banking operations (2 years in senior officer or CSM role)
- Key Skills: Branch management, Team building, Internal control, Sales & Marketing, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Coaching & mentoring, Effective communication
- Location: Gambella
5. Senior IT Risk Analyst
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, IS, or related field
- Experience: 5 years (or 3 years with Master’s) in IT risk management, IT audit, or cyber security
- Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP
- Knowledge: Risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- Location: Head Office
