AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Senior District Banking Business Officer
Place of Work: Dire Dawa (Jerba)
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 3 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in branch banking officer role
Key Competencies:
- Branch operations
- Sales and marketing
- Customer experience management
- IFB product knowledge
- Problem-solving skills
2. Principal District Banking Business Officer
Place of Work: Dire Dawa (Jerba)
Qualification & Experience:
- MA or BA Degree in related fields
- 3–5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in senior branch banking role
Key Competencies:
- Leadership and coaching
- Coordination and facilitation
- Internal control
- Core banking system knowledge
- Problem-solving and communication
3. Branch Manager
Place of Work: Bambasi Branch
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in related fields
- 5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in senior officer or supervisory role
Key Competencies:
- Branch management
- Team leadership
- Sales and marketing
- Internal control
- Negotiation and communication
- Coaching and mentoring
4. Corporate Customer Relationship Manager
Place of Work: Head Office
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 3–5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in credit or CRM-related roles
5. Customer Relationship Manager
Place of Work: Head Office
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in related fields
- 4 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in credit/financing role
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Islamic banking (IFB) is an advantage
- Ability to work in team and leadership roles
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
