AVAILABLE POSITIONS
POSITION 1: INSPECTOR
Educational Qualification
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Agriculture or a related field
- BSc Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement warehouse and field procedures for receipt and dispatch of commodities
- Ensure fumigation operations are properly conducted by certified private firms
- Provide technical guidance during fumigation activities
- Ensure proper scientific storage of commodities under supplier custody
- Organize on-the-job training for warehouse and field teams on sampling, grading, and weighing
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems across all sites
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare reports on grain quality and warehouse conditions
- Recommend improvements to warehouse management systems in coordination with operations management
- Ensure laboratory equipment is functional and properly calibrated with relevant authorities
- Monitor and maintain retained samples under proper custody

POSITION 2: OFFICE SECRETARY
Educational Qualification
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Diploma in Secretarial Science or related fields
- BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via phone or email
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and prepare meeting minutes
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and documentation
- Draft emails, letters, and official memos
- Develop and maintain office procedures and record systems
- Manage databases and client files
- Record financial transactions and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Organize and distribute office communications
- Handle travel arrangements and related payments
- Prepare and send official correspondence
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Support tax declaration processes including VAT submissions
- Occasionally deliver documents and reports to client offices
