JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Manager, Internal Audit
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields
- 5/7 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer/Team leader in internal audit area.
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Manager, Financing Follow up & Portfolio Management
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields
- 8 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer/Team leader in Financing Follow up & Portfolio Management (Credit) area.
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Principal Talent Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields
- 4/6 years of experience respectively of which 2 years as senior training and development /talent development officer.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Manager, Talent Management & Development
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields.
- 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer/Team leader in Talent Management & Development areas.
Location: Addis Ababa
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
