1️⃣ Banking Business Officer I
Duty Stations: Bedessa, Chelenko, Gellemso, Bahirdar, Wolkite, Bale Goba, Agaro, Shashemene, Gonder, Dilla
Qualifications:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of banking operations experience
Key Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Experience
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Problem-solving
- Local language knowledge is an advantage
2️⃣ Senior Banking Business Officer
Duty Stations: Bedessa, Chelenko, Gellemso, Bahirdar, Wolkite, Bale Goba, Agaro, Shashemene, Gonder, Dilla
Qualifications:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 3 years of banking operations experience, with 2 years as a Branch Officer
Key Competencies:
- Branch Operations
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Sales and Marketing
- Problem-solving and customer experience
- Local language proficiency is an advantage
3️⃣ Branch Manager
Duty Stations: Bedessa, Chelenko, Gellemso, Bahirdar, Wolkite, Bale Goba, Agaro, Shashemene, Gonder, Dilla
Qualifications:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 5 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years in a senior or customer service management role
Key Competencies:
- Branch Management & Leadership
- Sales and Negotiation Skills
- Internal Control & Risk Management
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Knowledge of core banking systems
- Local language and IFB knowledge are advantageous
