Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Additional training or certification in customer service or communication is a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Comfortable using social media and communication platforms
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience (Fresh Graduates encouraged!)
- Background in customer service, call center, or support roles
- Familiarity with multi-channel support: phone, chat, and email
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage customer concerns professionally
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and professional support to customers across multiple channels
- Respond promptly to inquiries and proactively resolve complaints
- Become an expert on Trade Ethiopia’s services and assist customers confidently
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with clients, ensure satisfaction, and close feedback loops
- Handle data entry, order processing, and service request documentation
- Support junior team members and contribute to a high-performance customer service culture
