Available Positions
1. Banking Business Officer I
Qualification & Experience:
- B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 2 years of branch banking experience, including 1 year as a junior officer
Required Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Experience
- Knowledge of IFB products (advantageous)
- Problem identification and solution
- Knowledge of local language (advantageous)
Place of Work: Agarfa
2. Senior Banking Business Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 3 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as a branch banking officer
Required Competencies:
- Branch operations
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Experience
- Knowledge of IFB products (advantageous)
- Problem identification and solution
- Knowledge of local language (advantageous)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 5 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of IFB products (advantageous)
- Knowledge of local language (advantageous)
Place of Work: Agarfa, Dire Dawa, Chiro, Melka Rafu
4. Office Equipment Maintenance Technician I
Qualification & Experience:
- Level IV / Diploma in Electronics or related fields
- 2 years of relevant experience in office equipment maintenance and repair
Place of Work: Head Office
