Role Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor – Kids Club to lead and manage our children’s club operations. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for young guests while supporting overall hotel operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Option 1 – Bachelor’s Degree:
- BA in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurant Management, Hotels & Tourism, Cooperative Business Management, Property Management, Marketing Management, Management, Childcare, or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/University
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in catering production, operations, front desk, or office areas
Option 2 – College Diploma / Level III Certificate:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Property Management, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Childcare, or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/University
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in catering production, operations, front desk, or office areas
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 18–35 years old
- Applicants must bring 8th-grade certificate or birth certificate and 1 photo when applying
