Position 1: Banking Business Officer I
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in banking operations
- Skills:
- Sales & Marketing
- Customer Experience
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Problem Solving
- Language: Local language knowledge is advantageous
- Location: Dire Dawa, Tepi, Adama
Position 2: Senior Banking Business Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in banking operations, including 2 years in a branch banking officer role
- Skills:
- Branch Operations
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Customer Experience
- Problem Resolution
- Language: Local language knowledge is advantageous
- Location: Dire Dawa
Position 3: Financing and Investment Appraisal Officer II
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years in banking, with at least 2 years as Junior Officer in Finance & Investment (Credit)
- Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Financing and Investment Appraisal Officer
- Education: Master’s or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience:
- Master’s: 4 years in banking
- BA Degree: 6 years in banking
- Minimum 2 years as Officer in Finance & Investment (Credit)
- Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Position 5: Branch Manager
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 5 years in banking operations, including 2 years as Senior Officer or Customer Service Manager in branch banking
- Knowledge of IFB: Advantageous
- Location: Addis Ababa & Agaro
