Position Summary: Junior Quality Assurance Pharmacist
Julphar is seeking motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join its Quality Assurance (QA) team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates in pharmacy who are passionate about GMP compliance and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review batch processing records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Assist with issuing, reviewing, and updating batch documents and SOPs
- Conduct weekly GMP compliance inspections and prepare summary reports
- Support internal audit activities and follow up on corrective actions (CAPAs)
- Participate in validation, qualification, and stability study documentation
- Archive, control, and manage QA technical documentation
- Assist in the preparation of Product Quality Review (PQR) reports
- Monitor department training compliance and maintain records
- Liaise with production and packaging teams to correct batch documentation errors
- Collaborate with the QA Manager and senior QA staff in all quality operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- No prior work experience required
- Basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and results-driven approach
