Position: Internship Program

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science or Natural Science field from a recognized higher education institution
• Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have graduated within the last three (3) calendar years
• Have successfully passed the National Exit Examination (for graduates from Ethiopian institutions)
• Have no prior work experience (experience is not mandatory)
• Demonstrate strong learning potential and interest in developing a banking career

Required Skills & Competencies

• Interest in Interest-Free Banking (Ethical Banking) and willingness to learn IFB products and services
• Basic digital skills, including:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Email
  • Internet usage
  • Other technology-enabled workplace applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with high ethical standards
• Positive attitude, integrity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning
• Willingness to accept assignments in both urban and outlying areas of the country
