Internship Program – Customer Service
The internship program provides participants with practical exposure to banking operations, customer service delivery, and branch-level activities. Interns will participate in structured trainings and on-the-job learning sessions.
Outstanding interns may be considered for permanent employment, subject to availability of vacant positions and overall performance evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- BA Degree in one of the following fields or related disciplines:
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Marketing
- Agricultural Economics
- Marketing Management
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Management Information System (MIS)
Experience:
- 0 years of work experience (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply)
Academic Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 and above
- Successful completion of the National Exit Examination
Year of Graduation:
- 2023 and later
Age Requirement:
- Not more than 25 years
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a full internship period of 3 to 6 months
- Willingness to work in bank branches with minimal supervision
- Willingness to sign an internship program agreement
- Strong learning mindset and professional attitude
Additional Advantages:
