Position 1: Junior / Graduate Level – Project Assistant

Qualification:
- BSc degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Technology Management (CoTM)
- Business Management
- Marketing Management
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Economics or related fields
Work Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, documentation, and coordination
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and project monitoring
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams
Position 2: Front Desk Receptionist / Business Support Coordinator
Qualification:
- BA degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Related fields
Work Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations and client communications
- Provide administrative and business support services
- Coordinate office schedules and documentation
Position 3: Junior Business Consultant – Business Development & Consultancy Support
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Marketing
- Economics
- Related disciplines
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives
- Assist in consultancy assignments and research activities
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
Position 4: Junior Consultant – BIM, Engineering Software & Consultancy/Training Services Coordination
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Technology & Management
- Engineering Management
- Related engineering fields
Additional Requirements:
- Basic academic knowledge of BIM concepts and engineering workflows
- Coursework or certifications in BIM, engineering software, or project management are an advantage
Work Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support BIM-related consultancy and training services
- Assist in engineering software coordination and documentation
- Participate in technical research and training preparation
Position 5: Vehicle Driver
Qualification:
- Completion of Grade 10
- Valid and renewed 3rd Grade or Public 1 driving license
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant driving experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and reliable transportation services
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic condition checks
