1. Spare Part Sales Expert
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Automotive Technology
- A related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts sales.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of excavator components and spare parts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell excavator and heavy equipment spare parts.
- Expand the customer base and develop customer relationships.
- Provide effective after-sales service.
- Support customer needs related to spare parts.
2. Excavator Spare Parts Store Man
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Technology
- A related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts store management.
- Experience with brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Hyundai, Doosan, Kobelco, SANY, or XCMG.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of excavator and heavy equipment spare parts.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and undercarriage parts.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, control, and issue spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure required spare parts are available when needed.
- Support efficient warehouse and inventory operations.
