1. Junior Packaging Operator
Educational Requirements
- Diploma/Level IV from a vocational-technical school, or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
Required Skills
- Understanding of teamwork principles.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

2. Sales Capability Trainer
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 4 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
- Training and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of FMCG sales and outlet execution.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Performance assessment and feedback skills.
- Professionalism and teamwork.
