4. Junior Design/BIM Structural Engineer

- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Technology – Structural Engineering.

- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Technology – Highway/Transportation Engineering.

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong academic performance.

7. Architectural Engineer – Design & BIM (QC)
Educational Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Architecture.
Experience

- Proven expertise in architectural QA/QC, BIM coordination, design review, and design management is required.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Understanding of Level of Detail/Information (LoD/LOIN).
- Knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE).
- BIM auditing.
- QA/QC procedures.
Additional Qualification
- ISO 9001 and/or BIM certification is an advantage.
8. CAD Technician III / Draftsperson
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Level 4, Level 3, Level 2, or Level 1 qualification in:
- Drafting
- CAD Technology
- Related field
Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant work experience, depending on the required qualification.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience developing structural building BIM models.
- Ability to maintain structural BIM models.
- Experience producing high-quality 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity outputs from BIM models.
- Experience in CAD drafting for highways and roads.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience preparing:
- Plan drawings
- Profile drawings
- Cross-section drawings
- Road alignment drawings
- Knowledge of geometric design.
9. Mechanical Design Engineer / Modeler
Educational Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 0–2 years of work experience, depending on qualification.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of BIM model development.
- Model federation.
- Clash detection.
- Multidisciplinary coordination.
10. Design & BIM Sanitary Engineer
Educational Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or Sanitary Engineering.
Experience
- 0–2 years of work experience, depending on qualification.
