The company handles complex projects ranging from residential and commercial complexes to gravel and asphalt road constructions.
YENCOMAD is inviting fresh graduates and qualified applicants to apply for the following position:
Available Position
Promotion & Reception Officer (Female Candidates Only)
Qualifications:
- First Degree in any field
- Graduated after 2023
- 2–3 years of previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Duty Station: Addis Ababa – Dembel City Center
Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls promptly, provide accurate information, and direct calls appropriately
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints timely and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with lost and found items and administrative tasks
- Monitor and report safety or security concerns, assist with emergency procedures
As a Promotion Officer:
- Develop promotion plans, establish positioning, and identify target audiences
- Lead execution of promotion programs from start to finish
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and report findings
- Support the Marketing Manager with competitive market analysis and marketing strategies
- Promote leasable spaces and identify new commercial opportunities
- Manage Dembel City Center’s social media pages and update website content with ICT Department
- Track and analyze promotional activities and events to measure performance
Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
