1. Human Resource Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, marketing, or promotion
- Strong grasp of Ethiopian labor law and HR systems
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Address employee relations, grievances, and workplace culture
- Oversee internal HR systems, compliance, and HR metrics
- Foster a positive work environment and report to senior management

2. Marketing & Promotion Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content

3. General Service Officer
Qualifications:
