Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Management
- Related fields
Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
Applicants should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Confidence and a friendly, approachable personality
- Energy and enthusiasm when communicating with customers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Amharic
- Basic knowledge of:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- General office operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions and support the Sales Supervisor/Manager with daily assignments
Additional Advantage
Knowledge or experience in:
- Electric vehicle (EV) products
- Automotive sales
will be an advantage.
