About K. Mikedem General Import & Export
K. Mikedem General Import & Export, together with its sister companies KKGW, KROTAJ, and PORCHLIGHT, has been operating successfully in Ethiopia’s import and export sector for more than 20 years.
The company exports products including sesame, oilseeds, and spices and also imports home-supply materials, particularly media electronics, from international markets.
Position 1: Cashier
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Management
- Related fields
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and responsibility when handling cash
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- Willingness to learn
Note: Training may be provided for basic POS/computer systems.

Position 2: Sales
Educational Qualification

Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in home appliances, is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of:

- CRM systems
- Sales experience is an advantage
