Based in Woda Industrial Park, Shager City Administration, Oromia Region, the company is spread over 15,000 square meters. POSITION SUMMARY: JUNIOR SALES OFFICER
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in automotive sales. As a Junior Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of electric vehicles in Ethiopia by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting innovative EV solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new EV sales opportunities across multiple channels
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for potential buyers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Recommend suitable electric vehicle products based on customer requirements
- Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service pre- and post-sale
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates highly encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical product features to customers
- Passion for sustainable transport and EV innovation
