- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking operations (IFB knowledge is advantageous)

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in banking operations
- Vacancies: 3
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama, Sagure
Position 3: Branch Manager I
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in banking operations (IFB knowledge is advantageous)
- Vacancies: 5

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking operations (IFB knowledge is advantageous)
- Vacancies: 3
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama
Position 5: Internal Controller and Compliance Officer
- Qualifications: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in relevant compliance or internal control roles
- Additional: IFB certification is advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
