Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Accounting
- Banking and Finance
- Marketing
- Other banking and business-related fields
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75
- Only 2024 and 2025 graduates are eligible
- Age must be below 25 years
- Exit examination result of 50 or above
- No prior work experience required
- Certificate of Competency (COC) for Level IV graduates is mandatory
Job Purpose
The Graduate Trainee position aims to support the Bank’s effective service delivery by ensuring customers are served with due care, accuracy, and maximum efficiency in line with Wegagen Bank’s service standards.
