Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Management, or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Organizational Development Officer-I or in a related position
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational needs assessments and data analysis
- Design and implement organizational development (OD) initiatives
- Improve institutional performance and operational efficiency

Principal HR Business Partner
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Management, or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as Senior HR Business Partner or related position

- Manage HR activities for district offices and branches
- Ensure recruitment and retention of qualified staff
- Implement human capital strategies and HR policies

Manager – Digital Banking Audit
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years in Manager, Principal, or equivalent position
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure digital banking operations comply with policies and regulations
- Evaluate internal control systems for digital banking services
- Monitor risk management and audit compliance

Manager – Asset and Liability Management
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, BCom, Statistics, Financial Modelling, Accounting, or related fields
- Master’s Degree is preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum 6–10 years relevant experience in balance sheet management or investment management
Skills
- Knowledge of money market instruments such as cash, bonds, repurchase agreements, and derivatives
- Strong ability to analyze financial market data
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bank’s funding and liquidity
- Develop strategies for interest rate risk and maturity profile management
- Ensure exchange rate risk does not affect the bank’s capital
- Work closely with the Treasury Management Director and ALCO
