Additional Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75
- Must be 2026 graduates only
- Age 25 years or below
- Exit Exam result of 50% or above
- COC Certificate is mandatory for Level IV graduates
Job Purpose
The trainee will support effective customer service delivery and ensure customers receive efficient and quality banking services.
