Position 1: Senior Financial Industry Solutions & Sales Manager

Educational Requirements

• Master’s Degree is an advantage.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in:
  • Enterprise ICT
  • Technology solutions
  • Financial services sales

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates should have:

• Experience working with Oracle, VMware, IBM, Cisco, or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of Ethiopia’s banking, insurance, fintech, and regulatory environment
• Experience engaging executive and C-level stakeholders
• Strong solution selling and business development skills
• Project management, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Willingness to travel as required

Position 2: Contract and Commercial Manager

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in:
  • Law
  • Business Administration
  • Finance
  • Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
  • Telecom contract negotiation
  • Commercial management
  • Bid management
  • Related commercial roles

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates should have:

• Experience in telecommunications or ICT commercial operations
• Knowledge of telecom contracts and bidding processes
• Understanding of legal, financial, taxation, and compliance principles
• Customer-focused negotiation and commercial management skills

Position 3: Power Engineer

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Power Engineering
  • Electromagnetic Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom power systems

Required Skills

Candidates should have experience with:

• Diesel Generators (DG)
• AC/DC power systems
• Batteries
• Rectifiers
• Telecom power infrastructure
• NetEco and OWS power monitoring systems (preferred)

Position 4: Data Center Engineer

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Telecommunications Engineering
  • Related engineering fields

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Data center design
  • Implementation
  • Commissioning
  • Project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Position 5: Core Network Product Technical Engineer
