Vacant Positions & Requirements
1. Senior District-IFB Business Banking Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience as District-IFB Business Banking Officer I or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles for Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is required.
Place of Work: Hawassa District Office
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
2. Branch Manager IV-IFB
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial services.
- At least 1 year as Business Manager II-IFB, Business Manager III-IFB, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles for IFB is required.
Place of Work: Worabe Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
3. Branch Manager IV
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial services.
- At least 1 year as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent.
Place of Work:
- Shashemene-Oda & Monopol-Hawassa Branches
- Werka & Kobo Hararghe Branches
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
4. Branch Manager III
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking/financial services.
- At least 1 year as Branch Manager IV, Business Manager I, or equivalent.
Place of Work: Jinka Branch
