The institution provides financial and non-financial products to active poor and missing middle-income communities through affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services, contributing to national economic development.

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or Management Information System
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields
