1. Sales Representative
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Recent graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Comfortable with digital communication and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to quickly learn product information.
- Working proficiency in Amharic and English.
- Exposure to software, product, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.

2. Business Development Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or bid and tender coordination.
- Familiarity with tender processes.
- Knowledge of CRM and web lead-generation tools.
- Strong research skills.
- Basic web content management knowledge.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Knowledge of the Ethiopian tender landscape.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, lead-generation tools, and CRM administration.

3. Sales Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B product or software sales experience with a demonstrable conversion record.
- Experience in ERP, POS, or enterprise business systems is highly desirable.
- Experience leading, coaching, or supervising sales personnel is required.
- Working knowledge of ERP and POS functional requirements, including finance, procurement, payroll, inventory, and point-of-sale.
- Ability to understand client needs and conduct credible product demonstrations.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales pipeline tools.
- Ability to prepare proposals and pricing.
- Understanding of solution scoping and requirements gathering.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Experience selling to financial-sector or regulated clients is an advantage.
- Exposure to implementation or requirements analysis is desirable.
- Existing enterprise client network is an advantage.

4. Marketing Services Sales Representative
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
- 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, research, and campaign services.
- Working proficiency in written and spoken Amharic and English.
- Agency or marketing-services experience is an advantage.
- Existing client relationships are desirable.

5. Video Editor & Videographer
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Film Production
- Media Studies

Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or production house is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, corporate, and social media content.

6. Creative Copywriter
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Literature, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative writing.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital, social media, brand, and campaign content is required.

7. Product Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in software development or a technology-focused company.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency with issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software development tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

8. Senior Software Engineer
Education:

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL.

Education:

Education and Experience:

- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Expertise in managing product backlogs.
- Ability to write epics and define user stories.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to align product goals with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate effectively with development teams, including APIs, data models, and system architecture.
