Position: Intermediate Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of TVET / College Diploma in:
- Economics
- Management
- Marketing
- Public Administration
- Rural Development
- Cooperative
- Agricultural Economics
- Or other related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in credit services or related work
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability
- Determined personality with initiative and perseverance
- Ability to motivate, manage, and work effectively with teams
- Good knowledge of economic and financial concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to comply with VisionFund’s core values and organizational ideals
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service in credit and financial operations
- Support loan processing, follow-up, and client communication
- Maintain accurate financial and customer records
- Assist branch operations and teamwork initiatives
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
