VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is established under Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to low-income communities in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. The institution operates across multiple regional states, focusing on poverty reduction, financial inclusion, and economic empowerment.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Requirements
- Minimum education: 10+2, 10+3, TVET Level II–IV, Diploma, or Degree in:
- Economics
- Management
- Marketing
- Public Administration
- Rural Development
- Cooperative Studies
- Agricultural Economics or related fields
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of economic and financial concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High integrity, initiative, and responsibility

Position 2: Branch Manager ‘D’ (West Regional Operation Offices)
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in:
- Economics
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Management
- Banking
- Marketing
- Cooperative Studies
- Agricultural Economics or related fields
- Experience:
- 4 years (Degree holders)
- 6 years (Diploma holders)
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Good financial planning and basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and coach staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Motorbike driving skill with valid license
