VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C.) is inviting qualified applicants for four positions in finance, customer service, programming, and digital business operations.
1. KYC Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Employment: Permanent
2. Senior, Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Officer/Regional
Education
- MA/MBA/BA in Management, Banking, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of saving principles and practices
- Knowledge of VisionFund MFI saving policies and strategies
- Data analysis skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Strong presentation skills
Location: Central East Regional Operation Office
Employment: Permanent
3. Programmer
Education
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a programmer or software developer
Technical Skills
- Programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Databases such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Version control systems such as Git
- Web development frameworks such as React, Angular, Django, or ASP.NET
- Knowledge of mobile app development is an advantage

4. Digital Business Operations Officer
Education
- BSc Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in the private/public sector, financial sector, or technology solutions for business and finance
- Proven experience in implementing Digital Finance Operations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of digital banking and banking operations
- Business development and sales orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target and performance management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
