1. Production Team Leader
Education
- First Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing experience is required
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Electrical Specialist
Education
- First Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing experience is required
Required Skills
- Maintenance management and troubleshooting
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Knowledge of SHEQ standards
- Asset management and equipment reliability
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems
Location: Sebeta
3. Area Sales Manager
Education
- Qualification in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of frontline sales experience in FMCG
- Team management experience is an advantage
Required Skills
- Team coaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of FMCG sales practices and RTM principles
- Market execution skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer relationship management
