Position: Call Center Representative
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Degree in any field or completion of 12th grade
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic written and spoken English
- Fluency in Amharic and/or Oromigna
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role or customer service experience
Required Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Time management and problem-solving
- Ability to follow instructions and meet performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide product and service information
- Conduct outbound calls as needed
- Document and log customer interactions
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality
- Assist with technical support
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement
- Continuous learning and professional development
