3. Customer Service Officer

4. Senior Internal Auditor
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in the financial sector, including 2 years in a senior position

5. Branch Manager
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in the financial sector

- Experience: 3+ years in product development, business analysis, or product ownership (preferably in DFS/FinTech)

9. Digital Financial Service Project Marketing Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing (preferably in DFS, FinTech, or financial services)
- Additional Skill: Oromifa language proficiency (listening and speaking) is preferable

10. Digital Financial Service Project Operation Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience: 3+ years in DFS operations, banking, or financial services
- Additional Skill: Oromifa language proficiency (listening and speaking) is preferable

11. Digital Financial Service Project Office Manager (PMO)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, IT, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 3+ years in project management (preferably in DFS, FinTech, or banking)
- Additional Skill: Oromifa language proficiency (listening and speaking) is preferable

12. Finance Division Manager
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance
- Experience: 4 years in the microfinance sector, including 2 years in a senior position

13. Marketing & Corporate Communication Director
- Education: MA/BA in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 5/6 years (preferably in the financial sector), with at least 2 years in a managerial position
