Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Job Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robit, Harar, and Jijiga.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a finance-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a customer-service-oriented organization.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Position 2: Cashier
Job Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robit, Harar, and Jijiga.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a finance-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, teller operations, or branch operations.
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robit, Harar, and Jijiga.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a finance-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, cashier or teller operations, branch operations, or a related function.
Position 4: Senior Credit Officer
Job Location: Addis Ababa.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit, portfolio management, banking, or microfinance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a credit officer, portfolio management, or supervisory role.
Position 5: Chief/Senior Secretary
Job Location: Addis Ababa.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma, TVET qualification, or degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience.
Position 6: Branch Manager
Job Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robit, Harar, and Jijiga.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a finance-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably as a Branch Manager, Branch Supervisor, Senior Credit Officer, or in an equivalent role.
Salary and Benefits
Salary and benefits will be determined according to Unity Microfinance Institution’s salary scale and applicable employment policies.
