Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience is required under the stated fresh-graduate criteria.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA:
- Male applicants: 3.00.
- Female applicants: 2.75.
- Maximum age: 30 years.

Position 2: Associate General Maintenance Technician II
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma/Level IV Certificate in General Mechanics, Electricity, Office Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.
Certification Requirements
- A Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory for Level IV graduates.
Work Experience
- 1/3 years of relevant experience.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist (IFB)

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS).

Position 4: Branch Auditor
Duty Stations: Bedele and Nekemte Jitu
Employment Type: Permanent
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Management, or another related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3.5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade C (IFB)

- Female applicants: At least 5.5 years of banking experience.
