Position 1: Cashier
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or Banking & Insurance
- COC Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years proven and relevant post-qualification experience in a cashier or related finance role
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and relevant financial software)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Computer Science, or related field
- COC Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in computer use and office equipment
- Strong customer handling capabilities
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Grade 4 Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant insurance experience, including at least 1 year as a senior officer
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken)
- Team leadership, marketing, and sales abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- CII certification is an added advantage
