Position: Junior Finance Analyst
Habesha Breweries is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join its finance team. The role focuses on managing trade receivables, monitoring financial transactions, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring financial accuracy using modern financial systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with finance, sales, and distribution teams to strengthen financial control and safeguard company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trade receivable processes including credit control and debt collection
- Conduct customer account reconciliations and resolve financial disputes
- Prepare aging analysis reports and support cash flow monitoring
- Ensure accurate financial reporting using SAP and other financial systems
- Maintain the trade asset register and verify physical assets against financial records
- Monitor contract compliance and asset utilization
- Investigate discrepancies related to financial records or company assets
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure proper financial documentation and risk control
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP financial systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools
Language Requirement
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
