About Alvima Foods Complex
Alvima Foods Complex Plc is a flour processing and pasta manufacturing company based in Ethiopia. The company operates a large-scale production facility primarily located in Adama, about 90 kilometers southeast of Addis Ababa.
The manufacturing plant produces high-quality wheat flour and pasta products for both local and national markets. The facility has a daily production capacity of up to 66 tons of pasta and 95 tons of flour, making it one of the growing food manufacturing operations in the country.
The company is currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for multiple job opportunities.

1. HR and Admin Officer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
Work Experience
Minimum of four years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in an HR and Administration Officer role
Required Skills
Basic computer skills
Good organizational and administrative abilities

2. Shift Quality Control Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
Food Science
Food Science and Post-Harvest Technology
Food Technology and Processing Engineering
Chemical Engineering (Food Technology stream)
Work Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in pasta or wheat flour manufacturing industries or other food manufacturing sectors

3. Senior Auto Mechanic
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering
or
TVET Level 4 in Auto Mechanics with a Certificate of Competency (COC)
Work Experience
Minimum two years of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders
Minimum four years of experience for TVET Level 4 graduates
Workplace
Adama (Preference for residents of Adama and surrounding areas)
4. Pasta Production Shift Supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
or
Advanced Diploma in General Mechanics or related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum four years of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders
Minimum five years of experience for Advanced Diploma holders
Experience in food manufacturing industries is required
